Tap Replacement Options:

Kitchen Tap Replacement

from £120 (labour only)

Includes:

  • Removal of your old kitchen tap and installation of a new mixer or pillar tap.
  • Includes isolation of supply, secure connection, sealing, and function testing.

Access beneath the sink must be clear to allow safe working.

Basin Tap Replacement

from £110 (labour only)

Includes:

  • Replacement of monobloc or separate basin taps.
  • Includes watertight installation, sealing, and pipework checks.

Bath Tap Replacement

from £150 (labour only)

Includes:

  • Installation of standard bath taps or mixer taps.
  • Requires a removable bath panel for safe access to plumbing.

For boxed-in or older plumbing, we’ll advise the best approach before starting.

You’re welcome to provide your own taps, provided they are: 

  • New and suitable for UK plumbing systems. 
  • WRAS-approved or meet UK standards

  • Includes removal of the old tap, new tap installation, sealing, and functional testing.

Supply must be accessible and pipework in sound condition.

Suitable where existing pipework and isolation valve are in good condition.

Full supply & Installation of a compliant outdoor setup

From £140

Full supply and installation of a compliant outdoor tap setup.

Includes:

  • WRAS-approved tap

  • Isolation valve

  • Double check valve

  • Fixing plate and secure mount

  • Pipe run from internal cold mains (short distance)

Ideal where the outdoor tap is positioned on the opposite side of a kitchen or utility wall.

Extended / Complex Installations

From £200

For installations requiring:

  • Long pipe runs through cupboards or walls

  • Drilling through masonry

  • Difficult access or boxed-in pipework

    We’ll assess and quote based on your setup.
